v0.1.0 -- BM to MNO, remove RWN

The "BM" (bare metal) deployment mode has been renamed to the more conventional "MNO" (multi node OpenShift). This is a breaking change for any scripts as the playlist names and cluster_type variable value has changed! (Therefore, I'm bumping the version from 0.0.x to 0.1.x.)

The RWN (remote worker node) support has also been removed.
