Problematic behavior
Unable to move any kind of block (see gif below)

Expected behavior/code
To be able to move a block wherever I want easily.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a long doc like this one

Environment

• Browser : Chrome 138.0.7204.184 (Build officiel) (arm64)
• Docs version: 3.5.0
• Instance url: https://docs.numerique.gouv.fr

The bugs occurs only when a child doc is present, it is a drag and drop conflict between the left panel and Blocknotes.
First part of the fix is made here: suitenumerique/ui-kit#106
