Can we call out specifically that this is 3.1 -> 3.2? Mostly as a place holder -- when it comes to it, 3.2 -> 3.3 this will be either more complicated or automated

Added sub-section and noted these instructions are specific to OSE 3.2 and Origin 1.2.

@dgoodwin just a heads up, there are is a PR [0] that is currently open that expands upon the migration docs within origin which came up from addressing a BZ [1] .

@sosiouxme @ewolinetz are you guys ok with my plan here, we copy paste the existing upgrade docs over to official docs, then replace the github docs with a link here?

I ask because we probably don't want two copies laying around and needing maintenance.
