Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.0486: Vim9: some code and error messages not tested
• 8.2.0485: Vim9 script test fails
• 8.2.0484: Vim9: some error messages not tested
• 8.2.0483: Vim9: "let x = x + 1" does not give an error
• 8.2.0482: channel and sandbox code not sufficiently tested
• 8.2.0481: Travis is still using trusty
