add conda-forge support

do you have plan to put pyina on conda-forge, so that it's easier to install and manage? Currently we only have pathos there.

I know that all of the uqfoundation packages are available from edm, and there are some of them available from conda. I generally have left the building of support for 3rd party installers like conda up to 3rd parties. However, I do believe support in conda-forge has been kept less up to date than in edm, so I'll see what I can do about that.
