Feature: Tree with folders only + implement for move Data Type

Description

This PR allows passing a foldersOnly config to a tree and only getting folders returned from the server. The PR also implements the functionality for the data type move entity action.

How to test

• Make sure that you can only see folders when moving a data type
• Make sure that you can move a data type to the selected folder

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Chore (minor updates related to the tooling or maintenance of the repository, does not impact compiled assets)
