<a href> Tags inside <Label> Components can't be clicked

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Click on the Label with a link

What happens

It's not possible to click on links inside Label components

What should happen

The click on the a tags shouldn't be prevent defaulted

Unfortunately the reproduction URL goes to a Devbox not found page:

But I can reproduce it with something like this:

This should be fixed by #3709, and will be available in the next release.

You can already try it using:

• npm install @headlessui/react@insiders.
