Full page refresh results in `<path>` element being placed outside of `<svg>`

Describe the bug

When I perform a full page refresh, some path gets added to the DOM outside of the svg.

I am wondering if anyone has got this problem (or if I'm doing something very wrong).

I am trying to work on a reproduction as I can't share the exact code for obvious resions, but I am not able to reproduce this this with svelte playground.

You can wrap the component in a <span> tag and this will contain any leaking path elements.
