Link reach bug on subdocs

Bug Report

Problematic behavior
When drag and droping a doc inside another doc, the link reach is not coherent between parent and child

Expected behavior/code
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen (or code).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a doc (Doc 1) with link reach set to connected
2. Create a new doc (Doc 2) with link reach set to private
3. Drag and drop Doc 1 in Doc 2
4. See that the link reach setting for doc 1 is still connected and grayed out

Environment

• Docs version: 3.4.0
• Instance url: prod

Possible Solution
What was tough to do with child rights inheritage was inviting members with different rights but having different link setting worked. And if they differed with the parent we should display a banner
