Can't install Starship in macOS using shell command

Current Behavior

I used this command: curl -sS https://starship.rs/install.sh | sh

Bin directory: /usr/local/bin
Platform: apple-darwin
Arch: aarch64

Tarball URL: https://github.com/starship/starship/releases/latest/download/starship-aarch64-apple-darwin.tar.gz
? Install Starship latest to /usr/local/bin? [y/N] y
x Installation location /usr/local/bin does not appear to be a directory
Make sure the location exists and is a directory, then try again.

create this dir
