Drop support for Undertow as it is not Servlet 6.1 compatible

The Spring Framework 7.0 baseline requires Servlet 6.1 containers, and Undertow is not yet compatible. We should drop Undertow-specific support and probably rely on standard Servlet support in the future if Undertow gets Servlet 6.1.
