Importing an address from the clipboard on the Edit Servers page

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Importing ss:// from the clipboard currently works through the menu. I would like to be able to run import from clipboard on the Edit Servers page.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add an “Import from Buffer” button to the Edit Servers page.
