Minor HAProxy document adjustments

• Add an admonition to better highlight the possible differences in
  parent Ethernet port names
• Fix spelling mistake
• Removed word that was not needed and confusing
• Fixed a confusion between the LXD container names and the web site
  hostnames, by changing the names of the website hostnames so they do
  not match the LXD container names
• changed screenshot to reflect changes.
• Wording change in hostname set up for the proxy machine
• Added meta for contributor Antoine Le Morvan - thanks for the
  suggestions!
