Add a documentation article for authenticating against Active Directory

This PR adds a guide on configuring Active Directory authentication on a Rocky Linux server.

I intend on following this up with either an update or series of companion guides for configuring access management using WMI filters and GPOs, and also distributing SSH keys, but I haven't created those yet.

@hbjydev This looks really good. I can't see any real editing problems. If you think that the companion guides are coming soon, we could put this in a sub-folder of security, and prepare for that eventuality? What do you think? Thanks, Steve

@sspencerwire Are you suggesting like an "Authentication" sub-category or an "Active Directory" subcategory? I've also got some ideas for FreeIPA guides and such, so I'm game for however you want to categorise these.

Ok, let me create an editing branch and I'll pull this down and give it some thought as to the appropriate folder layout.
