Should we set up a trusted publisher on PyPI?

Only @utgwkk can do that (only maintainer on PyPI). (And, ideally, yes)

Actually, PyPI attestations don't work without trusted publishing. So using that will add attestations on PyPI (we have them now on GitHub).
