I actually had this in my jiralert.yaml
# Amount of time after being closed that an issue should be reopened, after which, a new issue is created.
# Optional (default: always reopen)
# 😡 ACTUALLY the default is: 0d -> always create new issue
reopen_duration: 30d

So is there a clean way to completely disable reopening tickets now? We group alerts only on alertname and job but not on hostname and don´t want reopening. 0h or leaving the parameter completly out is not allowed anymore, I tried with 1s that seemed to work but wouldnt it be clearer to have a option for disabling it? |
