What does "yolo" mean?

I'm prompted to allow or deny a file edit, and there's a third option labeled 'Yolo' which isn't explained in the UI.
What does it do?

It will allow the tool to stop asking for permission, YOLO: you only live once.
But for sure, it could be replaced by Allow, and don't ask again. YOLO

Is that permanent or only for the current session ? Only for the current instruction ? Only for the specific request (editing file A) ?

I put the controller in sudo (line 196 in shai-cli/src/tui/app.rs) which bypass all permissions check for the entire session.
I shall be clearly indicated that it will accept all further request, since Claude Code has different behavior on this people could be caugh off-guard.
Or shall we ask for permission for every newly encountered tool?

It's only for the session but you are right it should be more explicit.

Jetbrains Junie has a concept of "allowlist" and a given command can be added to the allowlist for an exact or fuzzy match. I feel it's safer because I can allow git status but not git commit or rm -rf for example.

I concour, I actually have a skeleton for fine grained permission management that is generic enough. Let's make an improvement feature about this, highly needed especially for headless mode !
