ISIC verification failing

Hi everyone,

since I got into a new school, I have been trying to get verified again as a student.
Our school in czechia gives us ISIC cards, I have tried submiting the digital and the plastic copy, with no luck.

I'm sure the name on the card and in my billing information is the same. Is there anything I can do, or just apply again and again?

Github should probably add the same system as jetbrains, where you can just type the ISIC card nnumber, not the photo verification.

Hi @smoliicek,

If you have filled in your billing information and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic proof, try logging out and logging back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

i already sent my application through a phone and a PC (PC when i was taking a photo of the digital ID, phone for taking a photo of the plastic card)

hence the logout/login procedure also happend, since i needed to sign in to my phone's browser.

i'll try again, and let you know - if it doesn't work, ill contact support

So, I messaged support, they sent me a message telling me that the picture was blury, to take it again.
I took a new picture, it didn't contain the whole ID, just a close up shot of the name, school name and validity period. that worked.
