Focus theme: Not optimized for print

If a user enabled the focus theme and wants to print a wiki page with more than just a few sentences not all content will be printed. Only the part that fits on the first printed page. The following pages contain only metadata like wiki name and URL of the page but no content.

I will work on this issue.
