Want PR number in PR card in chat panel

Testing #7714

I checked out PR 71, which is titled [WIP] Expanding Jupyter Notebook with Additional Cells. I see the #71 of this PR reflected in the status bar:

When I asked chat about #activePullRequest, it does pull info on this correct PR 71, but it'd be even easier to parse if it explicitly mentioned #71 in this card, so that I could quickly double check this matched the number 71 in the status bar:

The actual chat response nicely mentions 71:

Example where this PR number would've been helpful:

• Open PR overview page for a PR (#24 in my repo)
• I'm chatting with Copilot about the open PR
• Check out another PR (#23 in my repo), and I also left the overview page for PR 24 open
• I'm not immediately clear which PR this card in chat is referring to:
