This PR enabled the Deployment tests. It comes after the changes of #5729 and is intended to only be merged in after that one. It comes with the following changes:
Microsoft.WindowsAppRuntime.Frameworkprefix. According to the documentation, the correct prefix isMicrosoft.WindowsAppRuntime, without the framework part. This change was necessary to make the deployment tests work and the fix was also needed to be propagated to all the other tests..testdeffile for the deployment test.A microsoft employee must use /azp run to validate using the pipelines below.
