This will make it easier for newcomers to get a reasonable build even though it will make it more annoying to switch out of standard build to do things like a fips build. Signed-off-by: Simo Sorce <[email protected]>

The README.md was not updated when we last change defaults.
This commit restores the default build to point to the "standard" feature. This makes it slightly harder to build non standard configurations, but makes it easier for new-comers.
Fixes #162
