This PR adds support for installing the guidelines into the Trae IDE.

My only concern is the MCP path for Windows -- I don't have a PC so cannot test if it is the right location, but I did a bit of research and I think this is where it should go.

Add Trae code environment detection support including system and project detection
configurations. Update tests to verify Trae detection functionality.

If Trae supports project specific settings then it should be writing to the project instead of the global location

Trae uses project_rules.md for the project and user_rules.md for global rules.

It requires the use of an absolute path, similar to Junie’s setup.

I Included the changes to resolved this issue (mcp.json path inside the project; however, Trae settings should be /Library/Application Support/Trae/User/mcp.json):
