Add cancellation token to asynchronous API #26
Description
It appears (kurrent-io/KurrentDB#1869) that there are no cancellation tokens in the async methods.
This API is Legacy, but we're open for contribution if someone wants to enhance it (suggested adding overloads not to provide breaking changes).
