This PR marshals improvements and requests from previous issues and PRs:

  1. Adds hook, usePrivacySnapshot
  2. Moves native code to /ios for RN auto-detection
  3. Adds a podspec so it can deploy with RN 0.60+
  4. Adds imperative show/hide functions
  5. Checks platform on invoke to no-op if not in ios
  6. Adds documentation for the above to readme
