Add azure-cli v2.77.0

Trying to install azure-cli@2.77.0 fails, because it is not available on https://www.nixhub.io/packages/azure-cli and it hasn't been updated for a a month. The nix package is available on https://search.nixos.org/packages?channel=unstable&show=azure-cli&query=azure-cli. I didn't find any information on how packages are made available on nixhub.io. If you could provide any guidance on that, I'm happy to support.

Yeah i ran into a similar issue, i need bun 1.2.21 which isn't available either, but has been available from nixos-unstable for a while. I'm considering adding a flake for bun until nixhub stops lagging behind nixos-unstable.
