Allows app to be built seen when running npm i && npm build on a vanilla pull of the repo from root.

Addresses the issues seen in #23

  • Added missing types dependencies for lodash and multicast-dns
  • tsc wasn't compiling references, adding the -b build flag does
  • typescript typing errors
