A customer interpreted the existing directions to imply they did all the work in just their IdP and then they should notify us to complete the work on the Harness side. Making a simple wording change to make it clear that they must log into both Harness and their IdP to complete the directions below.
old doc could open links in new tab... not planning to wrestle with a workaround for that in HDH, unless we already have one we know works. I took out the refrences to "opens in a new tab" from a few spots.

Description
A customer interpreted the existing directions to imply they did all the work in just their IdP and then they should notify us to complete the work on the Harness side.
Making a simple wording change to make it clear that they must log into both Harness and their IdP to complete the directions below.
Also removing all mentions of "opens in a new tab" since that was a feature of the ZD docs that I don't know how to do in HDH yet.
