Problem Statement

Determining who to recruit for the reset button usability testing.

Potential Solution

Dogfooding testing rather than testing with the stakeholder end users, as it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on. This will provide more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.

Feasibility Determination

This sampling method of testing for tooltip discoverability is more time and resource efficient, being as the reset button is the only focus for this testing.
