Digest schedule

At the moment, digests are sent weekly. Any hackathon that applies to a subscription will be sent in the weekly digest. This means that if a hackathon is 6 months out, users may receive a digest with that hackathon for 24 weeks straight! That's a pretty bad user experience.

Let's figure out a "digest schedule". This is how often hackathons should be included in a digest. Here's what I propose, although it's not concrete yet.

If more than 1 month out from the start date, then include the hackathon in a digest once a month. Then, include the hackathon when it's:

• 1 month out
• 2 weeks out
• 1 week out
• 4 days out (I'm not too sure about this one. it could be too late to register for the hackathon)
