Missing x86_64 binary for Windows

Since the 3.10 release, I notice there's no longer a sops.exe (x86_64) binary for Windows in the release downloads. I wonder if this might be related to the introduction of an ARM binary as a result of #1772.

Did you try sops-v3.10.2.amd64.exe? That is very likely the executable you're looking for (amd64 is another name for x86_64).
