Does this library include geoip2 maxmind db, or is it intended to be only for geoip (legacy)?

is GeoIP2 different from it in format?

You right. I haven't checked the source. Actually it shouldn't be different except that geoip2 is more accurate. (this is what the customer care of geoip told me)

Then yeah, it should be supported already then, if you have it purchased, you can try to change the link in the script and give it a go :)

The only difference is the filenames, everything else works the same. Here is a pull request to add a seris option to support for updatedb.js to handle the premium GeoIP2 filenames: #265
