Wizard Step3/Scheduler: Rooms are not sortable

Rooms cannot be sorted according to the location of moved up and down manually resulting in a confusing order.

Please implement the sorting option with an up/down arrow option same as it is done for ticketing in wizard step 1.

The schedule also displays them in a completely different order.
