Pretty sure this would require modyfing the main application so that
"--env=PATH=/app/bin:/usr/bin:/app/extensions/TexLive/2018/bin/x86_64-linux/"becomes
"--env=PATH=/app/bin:/usr/bin:/app/extensions/TexLive/2020/bin/x86_64-linux/"
