  • Added Dependabot configuration to monitor release versions of GitHub Actions.

I am not familiar with dependabot. what is the advantage?

Hello Davide,
The dependabot configuration I attached tracks GitHub actions and updates them to the latest compatible version.

Once enabled, it will automatically create PRs, bumping the version of each action used in the project.
You can see the type of PRs being created in the nav2 repository.
