remote-dev: not working on latest 1.18.0 version

Description

k8s:remote-dev is no longer working on v1.18.0.

It seems that the updated alpine 3.21.0 image prevents locked users from logging in to ssh.

We need to unlock the user to be able to log in through ssh.
