feat: add continuous ai readiness guide

This pull request enhances the documentation for AI agent configuration and team readiness by updating the codebase/documentation awareness guide and introducing a new guide for assessing Continuous AI readiness. The changes improve clarity, organization, and provide a comprehensive framework for evaluating and implementing Continuous AI within development teams.

New Guide Addition

Continuous AI Readiness Assessment:

• Added a new guide, continuous-ai-readiness-assessment.mdx, offering a detailed framework for teams to evaluate their readiness for Continuous AI adoption. It covers maturity levels, assessment criteria across technical, process, culture, and organizational dimensions, warning signs, implementation roadmap, and a quick checklist.
• Linked the new guide in the documentation index (docs.json and overview.mdx) for discoverability. [1] [2]

Improvements to Codebase and Documentation Awareness Guide

Content and Formatting Enhancements:

• Updated the title, sidebarTitle, and improved section formatting in codebase-documentation-awareness.mdx for better readability and consistency.
• Added blank lines before lists and improved indentation across multiple sections to enhance Markdown rendering and readability. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]

These updates make the documentation more user-friendly and provide valuable resources for teams looking to adopt or scale AI-powered workflows.
