fixes #35 - add lang attributes from <html> root element as metadata { "name": "HTML@/lang", "content": "es-MX" }
- make tests run also on JDK 8

Add the lang attributes of the
<html>root element as metadata:{ "name": "HTML@/lang", "content": "es-MX" }. Name can also beHTML@/xml:lang.
