Unable to list logging groups on the Loggers UI section

Description

Logging groups are present on actuator/loggers endpoint but when it is consumed by admin tool it does not appear on the Loggers UI section. I am not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature. The ideal scenario is to see the logging group as a new item and be able to change the logging level and that to propagate on the UI to the associated packages.
