Update to latest Octokit #8
Description
ATM Prophet is frozen to octokit 1.25.0, faraday 0.8.8, and faraday_middleware 0.9.0. I even have to manually install them on TravisCI, as bundler doesn't seem to find those old versions automatically anymore. At some point updating Prophet to work with the latest versions of those gems would be nice to have.
