Amazon Q is having trouble responding right now

• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

macOS 15.6.1 (24G90)

Expected behaviour

Able to use q cli after running q chat command.

Actual behaviour

Getting error once logged in and used command q chat. Any commands run after it results into

I started having this same issue today. The only thing that resolved it for me is invoking /model and selecting a model.

me too.

currently in q chat, when using the /model command to switch from claude-sonnet-4 -> claude-3.5-sonnet -> claude-sonnet-4 (returning to the originally used model), it has been confirmed to work normally.
