when hovering over a requirement on the sidepanel, a '•••' appears on the right side. clicking it leads to a button that 'Marks as Unfulfilled' or 'Marks as Fulfilled' that toggles the checkmark by the requirement.
need to fix the alignment of the ellipses and the requirement text (vertically not centered, should be further right based on the figma)
also need to make the checkmark a bit larger (fix the left margin for the requirement text accordingly?)
