Inform user that (and why) a request has been denied

First of all, thank you for writing the ephemeral access extension, I like it very much and I'm writing a plugin for ServiceNow now.

Currently, when an access request has been done and the request is denied, no message is given in the UI. The only way of knowing why a request has been denied is to get the AccessRequest resource from Kubernetes or to look at the logging of the controller. It would be better to see in the UI why a request has been denied (f.e. in the same way as when one tries to delete a resource and one doesn't have permissions to do so).

Similar feelings, love it, but we are holding off on adopting / rollout until the user gets feedback on denial.

Our custom plug-in checks if the current user's on-call status before granting, so we do have denials.

We discussed this use-case internally as well. The idea is that in the UI, we have a way to visualize the history of AccessRequests for a user providing the status details.
