Describe the bug

When converting OpenAPI to MCP tools, the URL builder collapses the protocol’s double slashes, generating http:/... instead of http://....

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Mcp Managenment
2. Click on create Mcp Server
3. Click on auto import from OpenAPI File
