These features were removed in
rippled2.3.0 so the docs are no longer needed. I've removed the related docs, and any links to them, and redirected the relevant pages to the nearest landing page instead (in both English and Japanese).In cases where it was just removing text, I've attempted to update other languages as well, but I did not write new translated text for cases where I rewrote/updated the text in English.
Also, I modified the Badge component to automatically use red for the phrase "removed in" (and 削除, which we use as the Japanese translation thereof).
Fixes #3208 and fixes #2957.
