Make a ScyllaHide plugin for BN debugger #420

https://github.com/x64dbg/ScyllaHide is a great anti-anti-debugging tool. We should make a plugin for it in the BN debugger. It is actually not hard to do -- because ScyllaHide does the work mostly by itself, and the debugger simply needs to inject a DLL into the target when the target gets launched. Apart from that, what we need is a dialog to configure which settings to enable/disable.
