ArbNumerics does not use Nemo, or ArbFloats #42

ArbNumerics does not use Nemo (or rely on the libraries Nemo generates for Nemo [it generates those libraries for itself]), nor does it use ArbFloats.jl. Just pkg> add ArbNumerics and you are good to go.
