[BUG] ContextMenu is misplaced when editing a message

Reproduction steps

Open a random chat, click the edit message button, enter the @ symbol, and you will find that the ContextMenu is misplaced.

Expected result

ContextMenu will have the same visual effect when editing messages and the bottom input area.

Actual result

When the user is editing, the ContextMenu is misplaced and is not close to the editing area.

I'm exploring a potential fix for the ContextMenu positioning issue when editing messages. I'll investigate the changes from PR #7985 and work on aligning the positioning behavior with the bottom text area.

I've opened PR #8191 with a fix for the ContextMenu positioning issue.

The fix removes the conditional positioning logic that was causing the menu to appear misplaced when editing messages. All CI checks have passed successfully.
