RooCode no longer knows its workspace folder when it's moved from a tab to a new window

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open RooCode.
2. Hamburger > Open in Editor
3. Drag RooCode's tab away to get it to open in a separate window.

Why? Multi-monitor workflow. Roocode gets opened on a side monitor, while I navigate code on the main monitor.

💥 Outcome Summary

• Expected: Roocode should know my current workspace directory, even when it's moved to a new window.
  • Alternatively: when Roocode runs in a no-workspace mode, Roocode's main menu should provide a way to manually select workspace folder that should be considered current.
• Actual: Roocode lost track of the workspace.

Hey @Nowaker I tried to reproduce this issue but couldn't, can you share more details? what type of workspace are you working on? is it a single-root workspace or are you working with multiple root folders on this directory?
