Replace box class with a function that creates and returns a hittable_list of sides

There's no need for a formal `box` class. Instead, this should just be a function that creates and returns a `hittable_list` of the six box sides.

A `cornell_box` function would be very similar, except that it would be an open box with specifically-colored sides.
